Manager

In addition to managing Author, Jen is a psychological coach & Communication/ Business English trainer. She has taught, trained and coached C-suite Executives, Diplomats, government ministers and celebrities, as well as countless professionals of varying seniority. Having worked in Europe, Russia and Asia, Jen is enthusiastic about self-development, languages, communication and culture. She is also experienced in the psychological areas of leadership, employee engagement and wellbeing, and conducts research in partnership with University College Cork. A member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, Jen’s areas of interest include English for influence, the power of vulnerability, connection and storytelling.

Elaine Brook

Elaine consults on Sales & Marketing, and is an absolute dream to work with. Our clients love her hands-on approach in ensuring they get a bespoke English solution that addresses their unique needs. It is not an exaggeration to say that each client experiences the VIP treatment thanks to Elaine’s natural approach. Elaine builds on two decades in the English language industry, as well as bringing her wealth of PR knowledge to the table. A UK native, having lived in Belgium for the last 25 years (a stone’s throw from the German and Dutch borders) she has first-hand experience of working and living in a foreign language. This multi-angled vision ensures Elaine finds the right programmes for each client individually.

Emer is Author’s Graphic Design and Social Media Wizz! Qualified in Digital Animation Production, Emer is a illustrator, animator and graphic designer. She is our all-round design queen, taking care of all of Author’s graphics, videos, illustration, design and visual communications. From our various social media channels, to the emails your receive monthly, Emer ensures everything is scheduled smoothly, and looks beautiful, as well as also overseeing all design aspects of our teaching materials and the resources we create for our clients. She produces quality for all our visual communication, and our clients reap the benefit of Emer’s attention to detail.
